A: If you are using IP blocking (generally through wireless routers), you will be blocked if anyone has voted using the same IP address. This can happen if you are behind a corporate/university firewall, or if you are accessing the poll through an internet service that uses shared gateways. Turning off IP Blacking should eliminate this problem. Or you can set your IP Blocking to reset every 5-10 minutes.
