I started DC GlamourPlus in hopes of inspiring other full figured women to love themselves as they are- I was inspired by full figured icons such as Mo'Nique, Queen Latifah and a host of others who have developed modeling opportunities, fashionable clothing, beauty pageants and other opportunities for full figured women to shine and look & feel even more fabulous! I've gained a new level of self confidence through life experiences that have reminded me to love and appreciate myself as a whole. From those experiences and the invaluable support of my husband, I have developed the confidence and strive to go for what I believe in. With that, I hope to inspire others to love themselves in their own skin!
